Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an automation lead to head the Automation SRE function, delivering end-to-end self-healing automation to reduce toil in an on-premises environment. You will guide system design, implement reliable workflows, and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading Automation SRE teams.
• Advanced experience with Unix/Linux, Windows Server, Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB.
• Experience with Python, Java, Curl scripting or similar.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production Support to identify and automate manual activities.
• Build monitoring and observability platforms to provide stack traces and dashboards.
• Define SLA, SLO and SLI and implement them for better monitoring.
• Improve scalability, reliability and observability to reduce MTTD and MTTR.
