Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) invites applications for an MIS Business Systems Process & Data Automation Developer at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. The role blends business analysis, process improvement, and hands-on automation using BPLogix Process Director and Microsoft Power Automate to connect disparate systems and automate tasks.

You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement low-code workflows and Power Apps integrations while aligning with Agile/ Six

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience with technical field.
• 5+ years in requirements gathering, process analysis and continuous improvement.
• 2+ years in government/military or federal contractor environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active DoD security clearance.
• DoD citizenship requirement due to contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and translate needs into technical specs.
• Analyze and optimize business processes; develop low-code automations.
• Build workflows on BPLogix or Power Automate; create Power Apps integrations.
• Monitor, refine automated processes; apply Agile/Six Sigma where appropriate.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
