Job summary

ATG (Auction Technology Group) is seeking an Automation Associate to identify and remove manual work across Operations, Finance, and HR by building AI-assisted automation solutions. You’ll size opportunities, design future flows, and deploy tools that teams actually use daily.

You may come from operations, analytics, support, or a technical background, and you should be comfortable with AI-assisted development and low-code tools. This role serves as a launchpad toward leadership in automation.

Qualifications

You build things—automations, internal tools, scripts, apps, workflows, or a crucial spreadsheet.
Comfortable with AI-assisted development and low-code tools; software background not required.
Genuinely curious about how a business works and when to automate vs. fix a process.

Responsibilities

Opportunity Sizing: quantify the value of automation opportunities and estimate time/cost of solutions.
Process Discovery & Design: map current workflows and design future automated flows with clear requirements.
Building & Shipping: develop the solution using AI-assisted development and low-code tools; test with real data.
Deployment & Adoption: roll out tools, train users, document workflows, drive habit formation.
Ongoing Maintenance & Support: own and triage automations, fix issues, adapt to changes.
Measurement: track automation impact and feed data into prioritization for future work.
Building Safely: comply with governance, security, and privacy standards for AI tools.
