Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI & Automation Implementation Specialist, fully remote for candidates based in the United States. You will map existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into developer specifications.

The role focuses on HR, marketing, brand reputation, content operations, and other areas where automation reduces manual work. You’ll work hands-on with Zapier, Make, n8n, and AI-enabled tools to test and measure improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Strong organizational and process-mapping skills to break complex routines into repeatable digital workflows.
• Ability to understand APIs, integrations, data flows, and business logic and communicate requirements clearly to developers.
• Familiarity with HR, scheduling, ATS, or workforce management platforms is a plus.
• A portfolio or examples of automations you built strengthens your application.

Responsibilities

• Map existing manual workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
• Design and implement workflows using low-code/no-code platforms and AI tools.
• Develop ATS and payroll-related automations, onboarding materials, and dashboards for workforce performance.
• Build and maintain marketing workflows, including ad performance monitoring and brand sentiment tracking.
• Support AI-assisted content workflows for planning and publishing social media content.
• Translate business processes into clear technical specifications for developers.
• Coordinate with developers on APIs and integrations without full-stack requirements.
• Test automations thoroughly, identify edge cases, and drive improvements until reliable.
• Support internal teams during adoption of new automated tools.
• Track impact of automation by measuring time savings and efficiency gains.
