As an Automation Specialist at EMPIST, you will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and productivity through the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated solutions across our internal software and operational processes. You will collaborate closely with various teams and executives to identify opportunities for automation.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain automated workflows to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and ensure consistent service delivery.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement (repetitive manual processes).
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define automation scope, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
4. Create and maintain documentation for automated processes, including workflow diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
5. Monitor automated processes to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to automation solutions.
7. Provide training and support to team members and users who interact with workflows, forms, etc.
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and automation trends to propose innovative solutions.

Ideal candidate will have...

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience within MSP environment including processes and tools (preferred).
3. Certifications related to automation and/or specific automation tools.
4. Experience with Rewst automation and integration platform (preferred).
5. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
6. Proven experience implementing automation solutions.
7. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
8. Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques.
9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this role is:

65,000 - 75,000 USD per year (EMPIST Headquarters)
