Job summary

MULTIVAC is seeking an Automation Solutions Specialist to provide technical operations support for packaging automation, coordinating with MULTIVAC Automations Group and suppliers. The role requires travel up to 75% and collaboration with sales, engineering, and regional teams to deliver automated lines and modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least five years' experience creating, planning, and executing automated systems projects.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents and data.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sale of MULTIVAC robotic systems and packaging products by developing offerings with partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and third parties to obtain acceptance and payments while managing expectations.
• Train and develop tools to help Regional Sales Managers qualify and sell automation modules.
• Configure and propose automation systems for strategic projects with low risk and high reward.
• Establish relationships with third party suppliers, NDAs, and negotiate terms aligned with MULTIVAC.
• Manage project resources within the annual budget and participate in trade shows and sales events.
