Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is seeking a Solution Developer II in Automation & Innovation Management to independently design and develop automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational performance across IEHP. You will drive end-to-end automation, integrate with internal systems, and contribute to governance and coding standards.

The role requires 4+ years in information systems, strong RPA/automation experience, and proficiency in Python/JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of information systems experience required.
• Four (4) years of experience with RPA and automation projects.
• Experience leading tests, validations and evaluations of automation programs.
• Experience in writing automation logic with Python or JavaScript.
• Experience building system integrations using REST APIs or web services.
• Ability to design retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and chatbot workflows.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Ushur.
• Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and design scalable automated workflows using low code/no code tools and RPA platforms.
• Integrate automated workflows with internal systems using APIs, scripting, and programming logic.
• Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions that are reliable and maintainable.
• Improve workflows by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing enhancements.
• Collaborate with partners, analysts, QA, and IT to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Support AI/ML use cases including chatbot workflows and RAG pipelines.
