Job summary

Logicalis is seeking an AI Integration & Automation Developer to design, build, test, and support AI-enabled automations for Managed Services. You will translate operational problems into scalable automation and AI workflow solutions that reduce manual effort and improve service consistency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automation, solid Python/PowerShell/JavaScript skills, and experience with AI-enabled workflows, prompts, guardrails, and ITSM integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing automations, integrations, scripts, workflows, or application solutions in enterprise or services environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation development using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, APIs, workflow platforms, or low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Experience designing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, LLM-driven processes, AI agents, orchestration patterns, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Understanding of prompt design, guardrails, and production AI considerations.
• Experience with ITSM, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, or internal business applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled automations and integrations for Managed Services.
• Build reusable connectors, scripts, and workflow patterns across use cases.
• Troubleshoot defects and drive durable fixes; participate in testing and release activities.
• Document designs, configurations, and support steps for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with engineers, process owners, and stakeholders to ensure measurable value.
