Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is seeking a Solution Developer II - Automation & Innovation Management to design and deliver scalable automation solutions. You will analyze complex processes, implement end-to-end automations, and optimize cross-system workflows using Python/JavaScript and low-code platforms.

The role collaborates with IT, QA, and business teams to ensure secure, quality outcomes while maturing COE standards and governance. Hybrid work in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of information systems experience required.
• Experience researching, designing, implementing, and managing RPA/automation projects.
• Experience testing, validating, and evaluating new automation programs or enhancements.
• Experience writing efficient automation logic or scripts using Python/JavaScript.
• Experience building system integrations using REST APIs or web services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and design scalable automated workflows using low code/no code tools and RPA platforms.
• Integrate automated workflows with internal systems using APIs, scripting, and programming logic (Python/JavaScript).
• Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions that are reliable and maintainable.
• Improve workflows by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing enhancements.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure solutions meet security and quality expectations.
