Job summary

Siemens is seeking rising and recent engineering graduates for its Automation Genesis program—Customer Solution Architect/Sales Specialist track. The first six months are in Mason, OH, then placement to an DI Automation Hub or region including Alpharetta, GA.

The program offers onboarding, hands-on projects, and a path to a full-time role in sales engineering. Responsibilities include building solution roadmaps, participating in pre-sales, and delivering customer-focused outcomes through

Qualifications

Eligible to start full-time employment on June 7, 2027.
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline as listed above.
Strong interest in industrial automation and manufacturing technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Relocation to Mason, OH for 6 months and then to a hub or region.

Responsibilities

Engage in training to understand Siemens and DI Automation portfolio and customer needs.
Facilitate discovery and scoping workshops to align technologies with customer goals.
Contribute to proofs-of-concept and product demonstrations.
Support solution architecture and digital transformation planning.
Create technical collateral and enablement materials for pre-sales.
Collaborate with Sales and Applications Engineers on proposals and BOMs.
