Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Automation is seeking graduates for the Automation Genesis program – Customer Solution Architect/Sales Specialist track. The first six months are in Mason, OH, with later assignments to hubs including Elk Grove Village, IL and other US locations.

Phase 1 provides onboarding and project work; Phase 2 deepens market expertise and customer engagements, leading to a full-time role in the Technical Sales team.

Qualifications

• Interest in industrial automation and related markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to varied audiences.
• Customer-focused and consultative mindset.
• Strategic thinking and data-driven problem solving.
• Willingness to relocate to Mason, OH and later to hubs.
• Travel may be required (light to moderate).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Engage in instructor-led training and workshops to build understanding of Siemens DI Automation portfolio.
• Facilitate discovery, visioning, and scoping workshops to align solutions with customer needs.
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts and product demonstrations highlighting value of Siemens solutions.
• Support development of solution architectures and digital transformation strategies.
• Create technical collateral and enablement materials to support Siemens positioning.
• Collaborate with Sales and Application Engineers on proposals and pre-sales activities.
