Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Solutions Consultant for our Client Services team in Saint Louis, MO. You will own engagements from discovery through design and build, deeply understanding client automation use cases and architecting the optimal Digital Worker solution.

You will produce precise specifications so an AI Automation Engineer can build without ambiguity. Required: degrees in IT or Business, extensive consultancy experience across architecture and BPM, and proven enterprise delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Proven consultancy experience across solutions architecture and BPM.
• Experience delivering technology implementations for enterprise clients.
• Experience applying AI in practical business contexts.
• Ability to scope and estimate projects with imperfect information.
• Strong ability to map AS-IS/TO-BE processes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and discovery facilitation.
• Ability to produce clear technical specs for engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement from process discovery through solution design to build.
• Deeply understand client automation use cases and architect the Digital Worker solution.
• Produce specifications so clearly that an AI Automation Engineer can build without ambiguity.
• Define what and why; the engineer handles the how.
