Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service triage: handle incoming service calls and emails, gather info, and prioritize by urgency and impact.
• Spare parts quoting: identify parts, confirm availability, quote pricing and lead time with purchasing/engineering as needed.
• On-site service quoting: scope and quote visits including travel, labor, and parts; coordinate parts, technician scheduling, and shop resources; ensure accurate billing.
