Qualifications

• Completion of SMC sales training or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow profitability by proactively managing targeted accounts and driving sales.
• Meet or exceed annual growth expectations on a consistent basis.
• Present and sell the company’s core products and new releases to create value.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts and drive customer growth.
• Penetrate assigned accounts by selling new or additional products to current buyers and new locations.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers within designated accounts; be respected by senior management.
• Identify opportunities for account growth at existing or new customers.
• Use CRM to document calls, projects, opportunities, contacts, leads, and reports.
• Develop and execute detailed customer action plans and forecasts as required.
• Utilize SMC tools and resources to ensure consistency and efficiency.
