Hendrickson is seeking an experienced maintenance/automation technician for the Canton, OH facility to develop programs and parameters for production processes, including fabricating and machining systems, tooling design, assembly and rebuild, and support for equipment maintenance within the VTG building.

You will repair and rebuild equipment, build fixtures, install electrical panels, assist with quality systems, and troubleshoot robotic or tooling issues while collaborating with a team.

Formación

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience; associates degree in a related field is highly desirable.
• Experience and demonstration of capability in Hendrickson manufacturing operation can offset degree preference.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble automatic and manually operated machining fixtures and tooling.
• Repair equipment and facilities in the Canton facility.
• Build components from hand sketches, prints or verbal instruction.
• Build, install, and debug electrical panels, enclosures, and equipment.
• Identify areas for tooling, cleanliness, or process improvements to increase throughput or quality.
