Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking an Assembly Technician to support the manufacturing line in our Ohio facility. You will use pneumatic and hand tools to assemble products per specifications and perform quality checks throughout the process.

You will report production data, maintain clean and safe work areas, and participate in safety trainings. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 1–2 years of assembly experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of production assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen.
• Must follow all safety practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product using pneumatic/hand tools per specs.
• Perform product inspection using basic quality concepts.
• Report daily activities and production data as directed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
• Interact with support personnel and other teams to minimize downtime.
