Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role on automation projects.
• Controls, electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, industrial, or robotics background.
• Must be customer focused and action oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams to project success.
• Financial responsibility on projects between $500k and $15M.
• Manage client expectations and communication with the project team.
• Control scope internally and with the client.
• Manage resource assignments and utilization.
• Create and manage project schedules.
• Maintain harmonious relationships with key partners.
• Identify risks and escalate/resolve with Management.
