This role supports flexible work arrangements (home, office, on-site) and requires travel around 30%. You will collaborate with engineers, manage scope, and uphold quality through established processes to deliver impactful, real-time solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in a leadership role on automation projects.
• College diploma or university degree in a relevant field.
• Experience as a project manager is an asset.
• Must be customer focused and action oriented.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams to project success.
• Manage project budgets between $500k and $15M.
• Coordinate client communications and manage expectations.
• Oversee scope, internal resources and external stakeholders.
• Assign and optimize resources and schedules.
• Ensure quality through standard project and development processes.
