ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Specialist Automation Project Engineer to advance our automation strategy across the supply chain network. You will design, implement, and optimize robotics and material handling systems to drive safety, quality, and efficiency.

In this visible role, you will lead cross-functional projects, mentor junior engineers, and partner with Operations, Technology, Finance and vendors to deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Engineering roles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a project management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, commissioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation and robotics.
• Identify opportunities to improve distribution center performance through automation.
• Collaborate with operations to translate challenges into innovative solutions.
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for project decisions.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
