Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field with experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Engineering roles and 3+ years leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, commissioning and maintenance of automation and robotics in the supply chain.
• Identify opportunities to improve DC performance with advanced automation and material-handling solutions.
• Collaborate with operations, vendors, and leadership to develop concepts and secure approvals.
• Develop business cases, capital justifications, and cost-benefit analyses for projects.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects from concept to delivery within scope and budget.
• Analyze operational and financial data to measure project success and alignment with goals.
• Support all facilities and drive network automation with minimal disruption.
