Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Engineering roles.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, commissioning, maintenance and continuous improvement of automation solutions.
Identify opportunities to enhance distribution center performance with automation.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate technologies and secure project approval.
Develop business cases, capital justifications and cost-benefit analyses.
