Job summary

ONE SHOT AUTOMATION LLC, based in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Project Engineer - Automations to join our growing team. You will design, develop, and implement automated systems for client projects, and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables through all project phases.

You will program PLCs and HMIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support site deployments with testing, documentation, and client communication. Domestic travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering is required.
• 2+ years of automation/controls experience.
• PLC programming experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems and industrial networking protocols.
• Strong project management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated systems for client projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables from concept through commissioning.
• Program and configure PLCs and HMIs for automation control systems.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers.
