Job summary

Koops, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan and coordinate custom automation projects from design through installation. You will work closely with engineering, customers, and project teams to keep projects moving and meet expectations.

The role offers variety, exposure to cutting-edge automation technology, and opportunities to grow within a team-owned, ESOP environment. Travel to client sites is required (10-15%).

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with factory automation and/or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems, sensors, robots, motion control, pneumatics, hydraulics, and/or vision systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a team.
• High integrity with focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Travel willingness of 10-15%.
