Job summary

Thermo Systems, a global control systems integration partner, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support automation projects in Bridgeport, Alabama. This onsite role involves coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality targets.

You’ll work under senior leadership, travel up to 75%, and may relocate as projects require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related technical discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project delivery preferred.
• 0–3+ years in industrial/automation/project delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned projects from execution through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders with proper documentation.
• Prepare project documentation and gate deliverables with accurate reporting.
