Job summary

DSV is seeking a Program Manager, Automation NA (Contract Logistics) to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of cost-efficient automation solutions across North America. You will collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations to drive end-to-end deployments from concept to go-live.

The role requires a strong background in warehouse automation, WMS integration, ROI analysis, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years in warehouse/logistics with 3+ years in automation engineering.
Experience designing and deploying automated warehouse solutions.
Strong ROI analysis and business-case development.
Cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, IT, and vendors.
Knowledge of WMS integration with automation platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of automation solutions for new and existing operations.
Own end-to-end automation lifecycle from concept to go-live.
Develop competitive RFP responses including automation selection and budgeting.
Conduct ROI analyses to justify investments and meet targets.
Drive training and transition to steady-state operations.
Establish project governance and change management processes.
