Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering with 10+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in program/project leadership.
• Preferred certifications: PE, Lean Six Sigma, PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support automation projects from concept to commissioning.
• Define base scope, concepts, and cost estimates for automation initiatives.
• Prepare and present capital investment proposals and business cases.
• Collaborate with internal customers and external integrators for design validation.
• Ensure designs and builds meet JBPCO standards and Lean principles.
• Drive safety, quality, and throughput improvements across sites.
• Develop standardized work instructions and PFMEAs.
• Lead training and knowledge transfer across enterprises.
• Maintain project controls: schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with site staff on production timing and staffing needs.
