Job summary

Ralliant seeks a Program Lead (AMT) in Chandler, AZ to own the automation strategy from launch to full-scale production. You will lead the design and development team, align stakeholders, and drive disciplined execution across controls, processes, and automation engineering.

You will bridge manufacturing operations with engineering, manage risks, and guide adoption of new tools and systems while representing Solon program interests to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in automation, controls, or manufacturing process engineering with program leadership.
• BS in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience in electronics/manufacturing and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set the site automation strategy and drive end-to-end system design.
• Lead the design and development team, ensuring disciplined execution.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet program objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and manage schedules.
