You will lead vision-guided pick-and-place integrations, configure vision systems for detection and alignment, and troubleshoot robotics for high reliability in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong problem-solving, project management, and Lean Manufacturing experience, with CAD proficiency preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with robotics in an industrial automation environment.
• Advanced proficiency with vision systems.
• Strong understanding of machine vision, robotic integration, and automation control systems.
• Project management experience required.
• Lean Manufacturing experience desired.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement advanced control systems for automated equipment and industrial processes.
• Lead the integration and optimization of high-precision vision-guided pick-and-place operations.
• Configure and program vision systems to support object detection, alignment, and error-proofing within the automation cell.
• Troubleshoot and fine-tune robotic and vision systems for maximum reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to complete system validation and meet project deadlines.
• Drive Kaizen initiatives and manage Capex projects.
