Job summary
Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Lead Microsoft Power Platform Engineer in Minneapolis, MN, with extended reach to Chandler, AZ and Charlotte, NC. You will lead architecture, development and delivery of enterprise Power Platform solutions, focusing on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Fabric, SQL, and Copilot Studio to enable automation and AI-driven insights.
The role requires hands-on leadership, governance, and executive stakeholder management to translate business needs
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on Power Platform experience including canvass/model-driven apps and flow development.
- Strong governance, architecture, and lifecycle management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise Power Platform solutions.
- Architect, govern, and establish standards for Power Platform programs.
- Develop dashboards with Power BI and integrate with Fabric, SQL, and APIs.
- Build AI-enabled automation and modernize applications using Copilot Studio.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to teams.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
