Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Business/Engineering.
- 7-10+ years ITSM, product management, automation enablement.
- Experience with ITSM practices and governance.
- Ability to translate data into value-based automation opportunities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Transform operational demand into a value-based automation portfolio.
- Prioritize use-cases with business impact, adoption readiness, and feasibility.
- Define governance routines and metrics for portfolio discipline.
- Partner with operations, SRE, and engineering for delivery.
- Develop executive-level value stories and adoption plans.
