Job summary

System One Solutions is seeking an Industrial Maintenance & Automation Technician in Latrobe, PA. The role centers on troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting automation and robotics to minimize downtime.

You will read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and work safely on live circuits according to OSHA/NFPA 70 standards. You will partner with production and quality teams, manage parts and documentation, and assist in

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Hands-on maintenance/mechanical background in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Ability to diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical faults.
Working knowledge of PLCs and safe electrical work practices.
Fluency in reading technical prints and specifications.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment and facilities to keep operations on schedule.
Partner with production to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe throughput across all shifts.
Maintain a clean, orderly maintenance shop and document all maintenance activities.
Monitor and service production, support, and auxiliary systems; perform mold setups and record work performed.
Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings; diagnose PLC systems.
