Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-mechanical systems, and industrial automation.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing equipment and automated systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-related issues.
• Use structured troubleshooting to minimize downtime and communicate downtime trends.
• Repair electrical and mechanical components like motors, relays, switches, sensors, drives, and PLCs.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, and manuals to diagnose faults and perform repairs.
• Replace faulty components including motors, relays, switches, bearings, and pneumatics.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and complete work orders.
