Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to ensure reliable operation of highly automated manufacturing equipment in Hastings, MI and Caledonia, MI. This full-time, direct-hire role offers diverse shifts, competitive wage, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-related faults, and supporting production through rapid response.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on automated production systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC faults.
• Troubleshoot robotic automation and perform basic adjustments and recovery procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals for fault diagnosis.
• Maintain maintenance records and update work orders.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to reduce downtime.
