Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks an Advanced Automation Operator to operate and monitor highly automated manufacturing systems and six‑axis robotic cells. You will troubleshoot issues, perform autonomous maintenance, and support changeovers to maintain line efficiency and quality across multiple stations.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance, follow EHS protocols, and participate in audits and recovery activities to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HMI systems and robotics helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing systems and robotic cells.
• Monitor performance to meet quality targets and line efficiency.
• Perform autonomous maintenance and changeovers on automated cells.
• Communicate line status to teams and escalate issues promptly.
• Conduct line audits and verify torque/pinion checks as needed.
• Ensure all safety, LOTO and EHS practices are followed.
