Job summary

GOJO Industries is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Associate for our Wooster, OH campus. The role is 100% on-site, focusing on quality testing, operating automatic assembly cells, and packing finished goods for distribution. Travel between Northeast Ohio campuses may be required.

The position requires HS diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Starting pay is $19.08 per hour with bonus eligibility and listed benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality testing of product being produced.
• Operate fully automatic assembly cells and ensure hoppers are full with parts.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed.
• Monitor and inspect quality of materials produced.
• Pack items for shipping and distribution.
