Job summary

GOJO Industries is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician for the 2nd shift at the USA Wooster Campus. This 100% onsite role requires working on packaging machinery, electrical systems, and related equipment, with occasional travel between Northeast Ohio campuses.

The position emphasizes diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and following safety procedures. The starting pay is $34.98 per hour, with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Requires five (5) to eight (8) year's progressive experience within maintenance/manufacturing engineering technology.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment, using electrical and electronic test equipment.
• Recommends and reviews preventative maintenance routines.
• Detects and diagnose equipment malfunctions; may consult with others to develop a repair plan.
• Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts, following specifications and blueprints.
