You will operate semi-automated and fully automated assembly machines to produce precision components, performing pre-assembly under a microscope and ensuring quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi- and fully automated assembly machines.
• Pre-assemble small parts using microscopes, fixtures, and hand tools when required.
• Inspect components and finished products to verify they meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Record production activity and report concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with team to reach production targets.
