Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Automation Operator for the Day Shift (Sat–Mon, 5am–5pm). You will operate semi-automatic and fully automated assembly machines, pre-assemble parts under a microscope, inspect components, and keep production targets in view.

Safety, quality, and documentation are key daily tasks in a fast-paced environment. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be comfortable with small parts, microscopes, and basic machine operation, and be a strong

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation preferred.
Ability to handle small components and work with microscopes.
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and/or machine operation.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor semi- and fully automated assembly machines.
Pre-assemble small parts using microscopes, fixtures, and hand tools when required.
Inspect components and finished products to verify they meet specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and production efficiency.
Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
Record production activity and report concerns to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
