Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking an Automation Operator for 1st shift (Tuesday to Friday, 6am–4pm) in Fort Worth, TX. You will run semi-automated and automated assembly machines, pre-assemble parts under a microscope, inspect products, and ensure quality and safety standards while supporting production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to handle small components and work with microscopes.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and/or machine operation.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi- and fully automated assembly machines.
• Pre-assemble small parts using microscopes, fixtures, and hand tools when required.
• Inspect components and finished products to verify they meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent quality and production efficiency.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Record production activity, equipment issues, and promptly report concerns to supervisors and Assembly Technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
