Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies in Murray, UT seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day facility operations at the AAP - Automation branch. You will supervise warehousing, manufacturing and assembly activities, and guide technicians building control panels and related components.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of supervisory experience in industrial distribution, with proficiency in Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) and familiarity with UL 508A / cUL 508A, OSHA, ISO 9001 / ISO 13485

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing and light manufacturing.
• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) for distribution/workflow control.
• Knowledge of UL 508A / cUL 508A, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor workflows across warehousing, labor, and assembly.
• Oversee ERP-related scheduling, routing, and job closure.
• Direct pickup/pack/ship cycles, receiving, and inventory adjustments.
• Manage production for custom panels, pneumatics and wire harnesses.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and procurement teams.
