Job summary

Atlas OT LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the operational backbone across engineering execution, project delivery, and supplier coordination. This role requires extensive EPC or industrial systems integration experience with focus on safety, quality, and compliant documentation.

You will shape strategies, mentor leaders, and partner with clients and vendors to enable scalable growth while driving KPIs and optimized workflows across multi‑discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial automation, EPC project delivery, or systems integration.
• Proven ability to build operational systems, KPIs, and processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across engineering, project management, fabrication, and field execution.
• Oversee resource planning, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and change logs.
• Develop partnerships with vendors and clients, driving continuous improvement.
• Guide EPC‑style workflows, submittals, RFIs, turnover documentation, and QA/QC.
