Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies in Murray, UT is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day facility operations at our AAP - Automation branch. You will oversee warehousing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and light manufacturing cell activity, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in industrial distribution, proficiency with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21), and familiarity with UL 508A / cUL 508A, OSHA, ISO

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing and light manufacturing.
• Experience with Industrial Distribution or custom engineered-solutions distribution.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 for distribution and assembly workflows.
• Knowledge of UL 508A / cUL 508A, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 compliance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor workflows across warehousing, material handling, and assembly.
• Oversee P21 production scheduling, routing, and job closing.
• Direct inbound/outbound logistics and inventory controls to minimize backorders.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/ ISO 13485 and UL 508A standards.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff; cross-train between assembly and warehouse.
• Drive safety, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager and engineering teams to resolve blockers.
