Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the operation of building systems at a client facility. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

The role involves documenting maintenance activities and coordinating with the Client and Operations teams. Candidates should have 1+ year of related experience, basic tool proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and solve problems in standard situations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate building systems in a client facility.
• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Install, repair, and maintain automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventative maintenance routines accurately.
• Track and store department inventory and collaborate with client/operations teams.
