Job summary

CBRE Global WorkplaceSolutions is seeking a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve automated packaging and distribution equipment and robotic systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventive maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with client and maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
