Job summary

CBRE is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the operation of a large client facility in Michigan. You will maintain material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems, ensuring safety and reliability across the site.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with electrical/mechanical systems, CMMS, and conveyor controls. The role requires physical capability and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems in the facility.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on belts, motors, relays, and sensors.
• Install and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventative maintenance routines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for the department.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams to ensure uptime.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
