Formación

• Experience in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Automation or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on equipment experience.
• Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation.
• Understanding of pneumatics, electrical systems, sensors, drives and control components.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Build and modify custom manufacturing equipment including tooling, guarding, drive systems, motion components, and structural assemblies.
• Install and integrate pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems to support equipment functionality.
• Troubleshoot, alignment, adjustment, and other improvements on equipment.
• Install and integrate control panels, sensors, motors, and automation components.
• Work with a team to perform equipment startups, commissioning, validation, and operations improvements.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, layout diagrams, prints, and basic electrical schematics.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance and Operations teams to resolve mechanical and system performance issues.
• Recommend and implement design improvements to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of equipment builds, modifications, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
