Job summary

鴻海精密工業股份有限公司 in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Electrical/Industrial Engineer to lead the introduction, debugging, and sustaining of complex automated manufacturing systems on the production floor.

You will be responsible for electrical and software stability of production equipment including robotics, PLCs, AOI, and AGVs, and will drive downtime reduction and cycle-time optimization through advanced technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing; automotive electronics, semiconductor, or precision assembly preferred.
• Experience in robotics, AGV, AOI, or related specialized fields is highly preferred.
• AI implementation experience in automation environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI, debugging, and sustaining of complex automated manufacturing systems.
• Analyze the causes of failures using professional analysis techniques and determine root causes.
• Oversee equipment installation, debugging, and preventive improvements to minimize downtime.
• Maintain electrical and software stability of production equipment (PLCs, robotics, AOI, AGVs).
