Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Process Technician to support highly automated production lines. You will operate, troubleshoot, and improve membrane manufacturing processes, train others, and work with process engineers and supervisors to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to read procedures. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail; ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, operation, shutdown, and other process steps to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Analyze/run process and test data to determine actions to achieve quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Utilize HMIs, SCADA, and SPC to identify and correct process shifts.
• Ensure raw materials are prepared and membrane batches completed on time for on-schedule delivery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical errors, safety issues or operating inefficiencies in production.
• Train others to operate and analyze processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
