Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Engineering Manager - Automation to govern, plan, and execute automation initiatives across fab, weld, paint, and assembly operations. You will define integration standards, manage the automation roadmap, and ensure safe deployment with enterprise-system integration.

You will lead cross-functional teams with Operations Eng, Manufacturing, IT/BT, Safety, and Quality to deliver measurable improvements in capacity, efficiency, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing, CS, controls engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles and leadership.
• 10+ years of manufacturing, operations, automation, or controls integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing automation systems and enterprise integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning automation deployment and IT/OT convergence.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and integration programs across AGV/AMR deployment and smart factory initiatives.
• Establish standards for controls architecture, data protocols, cybersecurity, and validation.
• Oversee deployment of automation systems to improve throughput, safety, and material handling.
• Integrate automation with ERP, MES, and WMS for real-time scheduling and visibility.
• Define roadmaps to connect equipment to cloud/on-prem data platforms for analytics.
