Responsibilities

Lead automation and integration programs supporting AGV/AMR deployment and smart factory initiatives across fab, weld, paint, and assembly.
Establish and maintain standards for automation projects including cybersecurity and validation criteria.
Manage deployments of automation equipment to improve throughput, safety, and material handling.
Oversee IT/OT integration with ERP, MES, and WMS for real-time scheduling and labor visibility.
Define smart factory roadmaps linking equipment to cloud/on-prem data platforms.
Provide regular executive reporting on roadmap, projects, risks, and financial impact.
